Default helocopter problems

my twin rotor blade cx hasn't been working right lately the battery is okay but it keeps counter rotating right even with the counter rotation resistor adjustment set to the left and the trim and it won't rotate left when I move the controll stick left and it isn't getting enough lift to go more than a foot up and the helocopter doesn't sound like it's running like it used to when I've flown it before but the battery is fully charged. a day before this problem occured it was flying perfectly then the next time I touched it it was terrible for no reason.
Is the speed controller bad or is there a bad motor.
