Default Is this Foam Safe?

So I went to my LHS and they had no actual Foam-Safe CA glue on display so I asked the kid behind the counter. He phones the owner and the owner says if there is none on the display shelf then to use this stuff. He says it won't eat paint so it should be okay for foam. I have a Byp Yak and no glue. So is this really foam safe?

It is hard to tell from the pictures what exactly is in it. But to me, it does not look foam safe. It says it is for plastic models. If it was my plane, I would not use it.

Is there a piece of scrap foam in the box that you can use for testing the glue? In my opinion, if you can't test it, you should not use it.

Perhaps there are some other nearby shops that carry foam safe (odorless) CA. Call around, and if you can't find it locally, order it online.

jdetray, I did try it on a piece of foam and it seems to work without eating away at it or anything, but it's only a quarter of an ounce for $6.25 + txs and the accelerator was almost $10.00. I have to order some parts from Hobbyzone anyways, so I might as well pick up [link=http://secure.hobbyzone.com/catalog/HZ/eflite/eflite_glue/]some of this[/link] while I'm at it.

This is the only hobby shop in town and I refuse to put any more money into the owners' pocket due to reasons of my own. I just really wanted to start building my plane and thought this would be the quickest way to get started. Live and learn as always, so now I will order online and wait impatiently like always.

Thanks for the replies.
