Default phoenix 25 programing prob

Hi everyone. I was just trying to program a brake for one of my gliders, which has a phoenix 25 speed controller. I followed the directions that they give on how to enter programing mode.

1. Remove power from phoenix 25
2. move throttle stick to full
3. Plug in the battery.

After that, it is supposed to emit a tone, and flash once, and then you move on.

When i plug my battery into the esc witht the throttle on full, the only thing that it does, is flash rapidly, telling me that my throttle isn't armed. I have checked all the throttle trims, but this is a little strange.

any ideas??

thanks

zach

Zach,

You will get much better programing with the Castle Link, you should be able to get thru your LHS or Castle or mail order... The software is free from CC on there web site. You plug in the CC25 to the small pc board that goes to your computer and you can do all kinds of programing. Also if you have a Berg 7 this cable will also program the RX.
If you need any more help let me know..
