RE: Lipolymer
Mix up some salt water(TBSP. per 1 cup) and put the lipo in it. It will take out the charge in the battery slowly, and after a week or so, you can throw it away. What you should do first though, is get it away from anything of value, like a driveway, and do the salt water thing there. Joe

RE: Lipolymer
this is the way I have heard it explained to me, and believe me there are alot of versions of this out there.
take a load, like a motor or a light bulb and drain the battery down as close to 0 as you can, then prepare the salt water bath. After that put the lipo in the bath and slit open each cell, after 24 hours just take it and wrap it in a sack and throw it out in the regular trash.
Really the main thing though is to get the voltage down to 0 so it doesn't short out and cause a fire for someone down the road.
