Default Allerc?

Hi,

I've been trying to email allerc for the past couple of days concerning an order I placed. All emails are returned marked "undeliverable". Is something wrong here? I paid via paypal and never received an email from allerc indicating they received or shipped my order. Since this is my first order with them, I'm not sure if they send emails indicating the status of an order.

Any else having problems with allerc?

I just bought some stuff from him last week without problems. Try calling him? Sounds like they're having a mail server problem.

Not quite sure what is going on. I have been getting emails all week. I do have my [email protected] and [email protected] forwarded to me at my AOL address in order to consolidate and allow me access no matter where I may be. If you continue to have problems, please call me at my number that is listed on my website www.allerc.com and we can discuss it over the phone.

As far as no contact, I have had an extremely busy week since I have had other committments this week. All orders have been shipping daily and I have also emailed everyone whose order was shipped through Wednesday. I will be emailing the Thursday shipped packages in a few hours. I do not see the name Randy in that list so I assume, I must have shipped yours but without knowing your full name I can't be sure.

Again, sorry for the trouble you may be having.

I would like to put in a word for Dave. I think your products are great quality and great price! Customer service has been outstanding also. You have my vote!

Hello,

Well, I never meant to insinuate that allerc wasn't a reputable business. I have had emails bounce when sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. Dave, I'm emailing you at [email protected].
There's nothing wrong. I haven't received any communication about my order. Many companies send a confirmation email when an order is placed or shipped.

I agree with Sawyer692, I have had excellent service, great shipping and some fine conversations with Dave. I will continue to recommend All E RC to all my RC Buddies.
