Three Ways To Mount a Brushless Outrunner
I am new to electric flight and I discovered the three different ways I can mount my Himax outrunner. Many of you probably already know this but I think some will find it useful since there are no good mounting instructions provided with Himax motors. At least there were not instructions with mine.

I found the bulkhead method to be the most difficult. It required removing a grip ring with grip ring pliers then loosening a set screw and tapping the shaft through with a jewelers mallet. There are two positions for the grip ring and two for the set screw on the motor shaft to make this configuration possible.
