Default Batterys

I am not into electric planes to much once in a while i mite find one i like but not to much
i like gliders but some makes no since why any company would make one and not let you in on were to find a certin battery or esc to fit that plane one for instance is the EP sailor comes with a 550 motor tells you how many servos you need what esc it takes what battery you can look for wouldnt it be much easer to just tell you were the most likely place you could find the right battery.Maybe list a couple places it may be found not have you guessing or surfing the web one of the reasons i doint fly electric to much. Do they have just battery and esc stores only i need a 7 cell 1700-2600 humpback

Well, then there's the argument "Why isn't my business on your list? I'm going to complain to xxx and yyy and zzz because you are showing preferential treatment to these other businesses and you never mention me!"
How would you like to be one of the companies who never got mentioned as a supplier of parts?
No, I think it should be left up to the customer to determine what is needed and where to get it.

It's like the car companies that used to say you had to use xxx brand oil, or you had to get your car serviced at yyy dealership, or you had to use zzz brand gas or you would void your warranty. The Feds stepped in and put a stop to that.

At least they give you a list of parts.

layback2 -

Will this pack work for you?
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXDNE5&P=ML

Or go to the following site and specify a pack with whatever options you want:

You're welcome.

It's always acceptable to ask where to get something. Users of the devices or services will give a more reliable answer than if you ask the business directly, who will, of course, paint their products with glowing colors.
