Default Speed controller mistake

Hi guys, I'm in need of advice. This morning I plugged a 27V speedy into a 10S LiPo pack ie 39V at the time. I didn't run a motor, It was maybe plugged in for 30 sec before I realised what I had done. The speedy got a little warm but that all. It seems to be working fine. I won't be using the BEC part of it in the plane it is going into so im safe from radion failure problems as far as that goes.

What do you guys think?
