Default Help in A/C selection

I flew r/c for 20 years and have been off the scene for about 10 years untill I go a belt-cp heli and an edf deablo for christmas, not coordinated enough for the heli and deablo stinks, too slugish - and from what I have read on this web site the

advanced wing doesn't help. This question might be for an old fart like me but I use to have a 40 sized propeller a/c called Scooter II, it was small but stable at high speeds or low speeds and could handle 15mph winds. What type of electric plane

might I be looking for? I would like for it to be a 4ch RTF or ARF kit. Any help would be appreciated.

Ummm, maybe look at the Stryker. The C model can be bought as an RTF, or what they call plug and play version. Will clock along around 80 mph, flies just fine slow, and loves to fly in winds that keep most park flyers grounded.

Plus it's pretty much industructable.

If your looking for something more towards what you're used to, maybe look at something like E Flite's AT6. Really nice plane.

Thanks Glacier Girl but I am thinking about going more the traditional route more like a pattern a/c style.

Take a look at the ParkZone T-28 Trojan. A terrific plane to get you back in the groove. Also look at the ParkZone Typhoon2. Its slower than the Trojan, but is incredibly maneuverable on high rates.
