So I have two batteries both are 11.1v. I have one of those cheap hobbyzone chargers. the problem is that both batteries will hardly take a charge at all. Is there anything I can do different? Are this batteries done for good? Any help would be great

It depends what you mean by "hardly take a charge" Maybe some voltage readings before/after might be helpful or some more details about the use and history and specific batts and charger.

you need a balancer or volt meeter to check the individual cell voltage, each cell shoul have no less than 2.8 volts or the pack is dead.
