Default How to bind a DX5e

Can someone please tell me step by step instructions on how to bind a DX5e from spectrum to its reciever? I keep trying but my servos wont work.

If you're having problems using the correct procedure according to the instructions, try taking the whole rig outside. I've had problems where things wouldn't bind in the basement, and I suspect that the metal ductwork may have been a contributing factor.
