Default GPS track?

Anyone tried capturing their flight with the track feature of a GPS?
Thinking about strapping my Garmin eTrex Legend to my SuperCub and flying her around.
Can't find anything on what the minimum interval I can set on the Legend - wondering if it's too coarse to capture loops, etc.

Well, to answer my own question it worked out just fine. Just need to lower the logging interval next time and I should get a pretty good track.

I've though of doing something like this, I have a Nuvi 205. How did you overlay the path on a map like that?

I just brought it into Google Earth using their GPS tools. Then took a screen capture.
Does the Nuvi record tracks?

All that my Nuvi can to is show a trail on its map, I do not know of a way to down load it. I maybe able to do it, I just haven't messed around with it yet.
