The PZ T28D is a different color (silver -air force version) and is available as a bind and fly. The P51BL is made of Z foam and has a brushless motor.

the T-28D and P-51BL are both later models of the very popular previous models. they have diffrent colour schemes and should (in theory) be better to fly. If you have the extra money then get the T-28D or the P-51BL
personally I would go for the P-51 (handles like a trainer but doesn't look like one)

The best improvement is that the newer versions of the mustang has brushless motors and lipo packs.

OH! one more thing.
Does any one know if they fixed the problem with belly landing on the air scoop and having it rip off? or does the Z-foam help?
