Default Problem with eletric setup..Please help

Getting a bad squealing noise when going to full throttle. and it is not coming from a loose prop...sounds like esc is screaming. And motor comes to almost a stop when this occurs ... Brake is disabled ....Using aexceed 30amp proton esc, common sense motor #E8-S-10 1000kv,and 1300mah 11.1 lipo 30c. Airplane is a great planes reactor, flying weight is27oz . The motor i have used in another setup before this one and it worked great..The esc is new, but alot of good things has been said about it..makes me wonder?</p>

One thing to try is lowering timing in the ESC a bit. From "high" to "medium".

definitely sounds like timing.

Not familiar with that ESC, but try Hard/Fast timing and Fast Acceleration if you have those options.
