Default HeliMax issue with plugging in orange eboard wire

<div style="border-bottom: medium none; text-align: left; border-left: medium none; background-color: transparent; color: #000000; overflow: hidden; border-top: medium none; border-right: medium none; text-decoration: none">I am having the same issue, I have a c12 ESC set up correctly I believe witha eflite 110hl gyro working with an AR6100e rx. The tails worls with the gryro and speed controller no issues, however, if i do not plug in the orange wre from the 3 in 1 stock helimax eboard the main motor ocilates power and burts power to the main motor, once I plug in the orange wire in where the yellow gryro wire is plugged into the gear channel it works fine with constant power to the motor, however the gyro yellow wire is noe disconnected and the tail motor will not work? do I need to solder the orannge wire on to a power source, if so which one? and or do I need a 7 channel reciever?

many thanks as this is driving me crazY!!!
