Travel Limiter Needed?

I have a Trex 450SA with a HH gyro that does not allow me to limit the travel enough. I have decided to build a small device that will limit the travel. This device will be very small and connect between the servo and the gyro (or a rx). It will have a small pot to set how much you want the travel limited. Would anyone be interested in this device if I made more then one?

The problem with this is many radios don't have a setting to adjust travel and many people open them up and solder a resistor. The problem with that is it will always be limited. Even with that modification it still would not work with a HH gyro.

Thanks for the responses,
Justin

Use a digital servo, travel limit and center are settable.

I have a digital servo. How do you set it? It is a S9650.
Thanks,
Justin

Move the control rod in on the servo arm (closer to the servo's shaft) and/or move the control rod out on the control arm for the tail rotor pitch.

That is how I currently have it. The problem is the servo has to move a lot more. The control rod is as close to the servos shaft as possible and it still almost binds.
