I purchased a used (supposed 2 time use only) aerohawk on ebay, the tail rotor is inop, the light does not come on after the 20 second "learning" time. Fully charged batteries, everything plugged in tight, anyone have any suggestions. Thanks!!

Hi
There are 2 possible causes. Most probably the tail motor is dead. Try plug the tail motor directly into the battery, you can remove the tail rotor to prevent breaking it. If the motor runs then you should look at the Piccoboard. It has 2 small fuses ( one for main motor and one for tail motor ) built into the board which you can re-solder. The process is described in other threads.
Worst case is an electronic fault on the board, best case is a new tail motor.
I hate it when that happens !
