Product: E flite Tensor 4D unable to locate the following item in new product box

I have not opened the small parts package as yet. Moving the parts around inside package I find nothing that resembles an angled attachment for a carbon rod. Nothing.

Could anyone with a pic of what this item should look like, please post it? Nearest hobby store is 800 miles away.
I sure hope I'm wrong and it is there. Is it metal or plastic.
