I trie building one of these today but the meat tray foam i had was 5mm thick and they recomend 2-3mm(didnt fly). i pulled one of the wires off the reciever so i got it exchanged for a new one.
Is there any other kind of foam you can get in 2-3mm thickness thats not depron and is sold locally?

i saw the flower article too, even got a chance to read the original thread on it over at RCG...wish i bookmarked that *d'oh* it looks really cool in the air, he needs a VPP so he can stand the flower up right! you're right on the build though, it looked incredibly complex. the X-Falcon is pretty cool too.
