CR-1 Pro
#1
I'm kinda new to these forums here, so, uhh, hi.
I just bought the Charger R/C CR-1 Pro kit yesterday, and I was wondering how everyone likes them. I don't know of more than 2 modelers that have em, and I haven't seen them fly yet, but I was wondering how your plane flies, and what setup you use?
Oh, and by the way, mine weighs 17 oz. with a Himax 2812-1080, swinging an APC 11x4.7 prop, powered by a Thunder Power 11.1v, 2100 mah battery, and 4 Hitec HS 55 servos, all guided by a Hitec RCD3500 reviever. Heavy, no?

I would think your plane should run well. Alot of power! You won't be to heavy at 17 oz. I even think you would be fine at 23-25 oz. At about 28-30 oz your pushing it. But thats just flying I don't know how light it needs to be for 3D. But it should fly well. I hope you have fun!
