Default Newbe needs help

Needing a diversion from turbines, I looked through my collection of NIB kits and found this.

MRC flying foam plane classic series Ryan STA.
Originally designed for rubber power, this has the following tech data:
Length 18in.
Wing Span 24.3 in.
Wing Area 91.4 sq in.
Weight 2.12oz

My needed advice / information is what COMPLETE radio system, motor, speed control and batteries can the readers recommend for indoor flight or outdoor in "dead calm" conditions. Would appreciate recommended sources as well

Thanks for the input. . .
