Might sound a bit out of the ordinary....but
Can anyone help with a custom dual diameter shaft.?
I need 100mm of 6mm and 100mm of 8mm with a 5mm smooth transition

Hey Chuck,
I'm sending you a Contra shaft and spinner assembly today that you will be able to modify.
There's a roll pin that you can press out of the shaft, and then you can remove the carrier, after which you will have a threaded shaft with a shoulder that's hollow. Then all you have to do is make a stepped shaft that fits into the hole in this shaft, and then you can fix it with another roll pin.
The resulting assembly should then fit together perfectly with your two scorpion motors, and a pair of APC Contra props.My thinking is that if the props load your motors too much, you should be able to cut the diameter down. The pitch should be perfect.
