I saw this plane in some YouTube videos from Japan and eventually tracked down where to buy it. They are built to order by Denkado and sold by Hiroyuki Kurosawa (who I tracked down via YouTube and Google in Japan)

The craftsmanship is way beyond anything I could do, looks great

Received confirmation that Musette shipped via EMS

What was the total with shipping?

33,900 JPY (I think that is about $285), paid via Paypal, shipped via EMS
The customer service was exceptional throughout the whole process.
The available documentation is excellent (lots of photos and text, which translates OK via Google)
The plane was paid for and posted on 4/2 and according to EMS, it had cleared JFK on 4/4, which means I should get a phone call from my local post office in the next day or two.
