Do you guys know if this charger will allow you to charge two seperate 5S 2P PACKS AT THE SAME TIME?

It will charge 2 5S at up to 5 amps in series. You can charge 2 5S at up to 10 amps in parallel. The balancer will not support the parallel config though. But you can always balance them separately first.

Rob: Yes....you can build a wiring harness to place the two 5S packs in series and charge them with a TP1010C. A TP210 balancer can be used to keep the cells in both packs balanced. For a fully depleted F3A pack, it will take about an hour to charge it.
