Hi Fred,

For RX :
Turnigy nano-tech 1300mAh 2S1P 20~40C Lipo Receiver Pack -66 g

Motor:

ZIPPY Compact 4500mAh 10S 35C Lipo Pack w/ XT90 - (1167 g, 1128 g, 1173 g, 1182 g)

I made some changes to reduce the weight.....

Lighter motor support in carbon, used the wooden supports that came in the kit which are lighter than my brass solution, sanded and removed all the paint from the canopy and managed to remove almost 50 g in paint, primer and filler .
And I did a few more things, I'll post photos soon. At this point the weight complete without any battery is 3752g
.

It's been over a year since you finished it so how about a follow up with how it flies and what you did along the way to trim it out to your liking?

I would also be interested in hearing about your results/impressions.

Thanks, Tom

Thanks for your messages. I will do it quickly and share my settings.

Hi lc_eiras so I'm just reading this thread 2 years after the last post and I wanted to ask you how does the Acuity fly with your setup? Any impressions to share? Thanks!
