Throttle Curve for DX-7

Chris thought there were some who find this of interest. If you fly a DX-7 Tx and want a throttle curve without having to go to heli mode.

RE: Throttle Curve for DX-7

AIrcraft flight testing setups for an off season practice plane.

Input for Spektrum DX7 setup to provide a more linear throttle response curve. SInce the DX7 does not have a throttle curve function this is what I did: Throttle to throttle mix, with + 40 percent rate for high end, offset of -42 percent. I put this on the gear switch so it can be turned off and on to test the changes. When you go to the servo movement screen, the throttle moves pretty close up to half throttle, but the offset mix accelerates the throttle so that at about 5/8 stick it gives about 3/4 throttle, and at 7/8 stick it gives it full throttle. This gives a lot more of a linear feel around the upper throttle movement during pattern maneuvers. Motor is Eflight 60, speed controler is Castle 85 amp. Airplane is Angel .50.
