Exceed is Walkera (China) helis that are re-branded as Exceed and sold through xheli.

Lots. The Exceed falcon 40 is a Walkera #4 (both version 1 and version 2), the Exceed Madhawk is a Walkera CB180. The Exceed warhawk looks like a walkera 5#4 to me, but I'm not 100% sure on that one. My understanding is everything exceed markets is just a re-branded Walkera - but I'm getting that from threads in different forums so it's not official.

Deffinitely right about the falcon and the madhawk. I had a Walkera CB180D and had to order some parts for it and when they came they were all exceed parts. Now from what I've read the
Exceed Blue Ray is a T-Rex clone and that the majority of the parts are actually innerchangable.
