Hi all,
The main blade of my FEDA dragonfly did not have the same angle of lift. The FEDA does not have any way to adjust this angle. Do you have any experience about this, and how to fix this problem? Please let me know, and thanks for your time.
Regards,

1.Take both blades off the Heli
2.Put the blades up against eachother to see if they line up(if not bend them to be symetrical to eachother.
3.Balance them by bolting them together with a long round head bolt and set the blades(ends of the bolts) one each side or the object(vice works well) to alow them to pivot.
4. Put tape(Electrical on bottom works good)on the blades until they don't move
5.Put back on heli and enjoy smoother flight.

Thanks for your tips, but the main blades are made from fiber carbon. Do you have to heat them up a little before bending it? I'll do that tonight when I get home. Again thanks.

You don't heat up CF blades.
(see
http://www.carbonblades.com/technical.htm
for more info, look for the section about 'Thermally resetting the blade pitch')

Sorry...I was wrong. I have never heard of this and these blades before, and was thinking of the Hornet blades. Guess one learns something new everyday.

Guys,
I did the balance for the blade first as Tomflier said. After that I machined a blade stiffener (see picture) and reran the helicopter. I slowly bend the stiffener a tiny bit at a time, and finally the helicopter's blade got balanced. One notice is the blade stiffener (I called that myself) can be purchased at many hobby stores, but I found it easy to be made and made one. I hope this would be a good tip for us. Thanks Tomflier.
