I'm taking a break from assembling a Piccolo Pro that I bought from my LHS this past Saturday. Assembly is going slow with the biggest problem being identifying the proper parts during the assembly process. It would have helped if Ikarus had bagged the pieces to match the assembly steps. I broke down today and bought a Caliper that I can use for metric parts and as a result made some good progress tonight.

Is there any web site or thread that can give tips on final assembly and tuneup?
