My problem is getting the esc's to arm. When I do, I have no tail motor. I have held rudder L and R with no luck in arming. I have been to Helihobbies tips site and Paul G's and I can't figuire it out. I have run out of ideas....Need help!

I have a Hummingbird with almost the same equip. GWS 4 ch rx, GWS ICS 300 on the main, ICS 50 on the tail and a Futaba GY 240 gyro and Futaba 9C. The way mine works is: plug the battery in, wait a few seconds for the gyro to initialize and then hold the rudder hard left for a few seconds. When the stick comes back to center the heli is ready to go. The tail motor will be off until I give it a right command or the heli yaws due to main rotor torque. Everything seems to work OK. I used my HH gyro because I wasn't sure how to set it up with a rate gyro.
