Default How balanced is your heli

I just got 2 cell lipos for my aerohawk and it seems I can't push them far enough forward to have a perfect CG , I noticed in other peoples pics there lipos are placed close to their landing gear ,How is this possible wouldnt it lean back in flight constantly??

If you have to make something to get it ahead farther, you should do it. You have to have your CG right or the heli wont fly right, you just be fighting with it.

When I used 2S lipos I put some weight in the nose to balance it. You will waste energy if you have to fly with forward cyclic to keep it level in hover. A balanced helicopter flies better than a slightly lighter, unbalanced one.
