Default 3c lipo in a stock HB Elite is that ok?

I have a stock HB elite with Like90 Dual tail motors. I have been using 2c Lipo with no problems, I have bought a Thunder Power 3c 1320ma Lipo.
I would like to use this in my HB Elite and was wondering if I will burn up the electronics?

I will NOT be running full throttle most of the time, I am also getting a Johnson 250 motor will this be OK?
