Has anybody got any suggestions for making a tail rotor? I have gone through 3 tail rotors so far and find they are very weak and vulnerable and thought about making my own maybe from fibreglass, using plastercine for a mould etc.

Has anyone tried this? it would be lighter and stronger. If anyone can help out here id appreciate it cos its costing me £4.50 everytime one breaks [:@]
