Hi all, i'm new to the forums. I've had experience in electric everything except helis; am looking to get a relatively inexpensive yet pretty stable heli that would be good for beginners. The new Helimax Rotofly looks good, but i guess no one has info on it yet. How about the GWS mini dragonfly 2? Is this very good?

Yeah I agree the hummingbird looks good especially at that price range. Im going to buy my self one for xmas. Im not new to the hobby as I have a Shuttle Plus and 30 size Raptor but in England the weather is so crap so indoor flying should be cool, as its good practice for when the weather gets better!

What kind of temps do you get in England where you're at? Here (central Wisconsin) well below freezing most of the time in the winter. I have a place I fly indoors through the winter (jr. high gymnasium) and fly outside on the nicer days, electric of course.

thanks for the replies.
i was thinking about the Hummingbird, but i got the impression that it was exactly the same as the micro dragonfly. is this true, anyone know for sure which one is better. (i guess because i order from tower all the time and they don't have a large selection of electric helos, but they have the gws dragonfly)
