Default sim problem help

I have windows 2000 and my comp does not read my trasmitter any sudgestions?
Ive made sure that my port is functional followed directions to a T. I have got it to work 2x with crappy control on transmitter . I also tried my transmitter on 3 different computers with the same results. anyone have the same problem?

Sounds like its a possiblity that your cable is bad, like a wire or two is broken inside. That would explain both the crappy control and the fact that it has only worked twice.

I may be wrong, but you might try buying a new cable. You can probably find compatible cables at your LHS (Local Hobby Shop) or Best Buy.
