Default brushless HELLp

I got the eflight park 370 and eflite 20amp senorless esc for my piccolo. I wired everything up according to instuctions. I am however having some major issues. When i hook the esc to my reciever first off it seems to come over on the wrong channel. Channels 3 and 4 seem to be reversed but only when this esc is hooked up. Ok thats one problem but the main problem is when i give the motor throttle its gives a high pitched squeal and barley spins. Meanwhile the esc and brushless motor get hot real fast. I am using a 3 cell lipo 1350 mah pack. Elfight is closed til monday so i cant get any help from them. Can any one please HELP!!! My piccolo was flying nicely and i figured brushless would only improve things, unfourtunately with my luck all hell has broken loose.

thanks.

Default RE: brushless HELLp

The ESC should go on CH3 and the rudder is on 4. First remove the motor from the heli, and also remove all the other servo connector. You only want a connector from the ESC on CH4 on the RX in order to test the motor alone. Turn TX on with throttle stick at the lowest position and wait a few seconds after you connect the pack to the ESC, now move the throttle stick slowly and see what happens, if not you may want to go back and reverse the CH4 and try again.
Good luck
