I have just bought a new Piccoboard, read through the instructions and it all seemed very straight forward (in theory).
I installed my crystal connected the to speed controllers from it’s mixed to it’s receiver board and connected the power…
The little red LED flashed and then….. nothing!
So I left it for a few seconds to see if it was sorting itself out, but no, nothing so I did this a few times…
Then the LED came on, fully, not just 1 flash, so I moved a stork on my transmitter and the tail motor swung into action… GREAT!
So I disconnected the battery to set it up properly, and now all it will do is flash once!!!!
Am I missing something? Is there something I can try?

Hi I had similar problem, the red light will not come on unless it is picking up a signal from the tx. Make sure that your tx is set to ppm and that you have a single conversion crystal in the piccoboard.
