Default Upside down servo?

My new DragonFly #4 is doing better with blade wobble, but it seems as if my "cyclic" servo is working in reverse. When the heli is facing me, left stick should take the heli right and right stick should take me left, correct? I took it out and tried to turn it around, but it did not have the effect I am looking for. Any suggestions.

Turned it around ROFL... Heh, I did that once out of desperation, only to realise my mistake

I take it you have replaced the Servo's - probably with HS-55 or something similar. HS-55 are a bad choice BTW on a W4, but that's another thing.

The top four dipswitches on the back of the W4 transmitter change the servo direction... It will be 1 & 2 that control cyclic.

Just flip the correct one. If you push the stick to one corner before you flip them, and have the W4 on (unplug the rotors first) then you can see which one is changing direction. Makes it easy. (Flipping the throttle switch by Mistake - Number 3 I think, makes it go full throttle - be carefull ! )

David

Has the tail-motor stopped or just going slow/insufficient power?

If they stop, sometimes it'd due to other issues, such as a brush with dirt on it... It's not that hard to take them apart and check.

It has stopped entirely. I tried going straight to the battery eliminating the RX and still no go.[]
