Default xrb Motor problem???

On the xrb , The motor that controls the top set of blades is loose......or is it? The motor is inserted pinion side down, but when you wiggle the top it seems loose. I found this out by accident when installing the skid braces. I took apart the xrb and tighened the motor down, but it was already tight. I put it all back together and flew it. it flies just fine except for the trim that i need to adjust out. The motor doesnt wiggle enough to loose contact with the main gear. I dont know whats wrong. Any one else have this problem, or any suggestions. Thank you.

This is NOT the tethered version. Also, this is a Brand new ...until the above, never flown model.
