Default Problem with throttle

Hi,

I have a esky honeybee cp 2. I'm having a problem of which I can't find the cause. Sometimes I want to take off but I can't get above the 5-10 cm with the thottle at 90%. When increasing the throttle I can hear the motot having diffculties to maintainthe rotation speen and the heli is losing his height. But sometimes from on second to the other the heli is increasing his height like a rocket and I can hear the motor running very faster.

What could be the cause of this? I am using a lipo battery.

not only that, but if you had never gotten it to say off the ground you may be having some "too much pitch" problems. make sure that your pitch never goes above 15 degrees.

Sometime it is flying perfect and sometimes not at all. With same pitch settings.

check the connections if you had a loose one it could mean why it's having so much difficulty. if that doesn't fix it you may want to invest in some electronics/new bird

Didn't have had the problem anymore for the last 5 flights. I think it was some bad electrical connection although I didn't find it.

btw: Great bird that e-sky honeybee cp 2.

It's probably the "sticky collective" problem that a lot of HB's have. They reversed the outside washers on the blade grips so that they bind against the bearings. Can be fixed by removing the blades, blade grips and reversing the washer on each side so that the side of the washer that is higher around the middle goes up against the inner part of the bearing, thus not rubbing on the outside of the bearing. I've seen lots of threads on this problem and how to fix it.
