Default honeybee throttle problem

I just bought a honeybee. I'm having a problem with it getting off the ground. It gets about 10 inches off the ground and as I give it more throttle it automatically shuts off. Has anyone else had this problem? I unplug the battery to reset it and it still happens all over again.
