No, that's not possible with the Dragonfly #4. Dragonfly #4 is a fixed pitch helicopter. The most it will ever be able to do is hover around and do forward flight. If you really push it, and you're good enough, you can also roll it and do loops (although they'll be REALLY hairy and a real risk to your helcopters well being
.
In order to do the style of flying he's doing there, you'll need a collective pitch helicopter and a computer heli radio. Something that is capable of applying sustained negative pitch (thrust) on the rotorhead allowing the helicopter the full three dimenions of movement.
There's all kinds of posts here on FP vs CP helis, I suggest reading up on them to better understand how the different rotor heads operate and the advantages/disadvantages of each.

I think there's 5 young hotties in Santa Rosa that want to get with me. Wow!!! Other than that the hyperactive helis seriously annoy me. It's like a ground squirel on speed at the controls.

A well setup Hornet is a most awesome 3D micro. They are true micro's with 370 motor ratings, considerably smaller than Sho, Trex. Not at all a beginner machine in flying or building. Setup right eg lots of aftermarket metel to expunge slop....this little heli tracks like a roller coaster.
Eric Larson does some outstanding work with Hornets....but the guy (no one seems to know who he is) in that video is one of the smoothest 3D Micro Pilots I've ever seen. That video has been posted at Helihobby.com for ages.
At one time, the Hornet was IT in the micro heli world. Always has been a real pain in the....though. Were talking absolute perfection needed in the setup.
