Default Dragonflyer 22d,Please help!

I bought a used 22d and the seller said it needed a receiver.I bought a new one and it does the same as the old one(flashes for 2 seconds and blinks red slowly) I need to know what is the factory settings for the dip switches and what is the correct plug for each number on the receiver.Any other thoughts on what it might be would be welcome too. Thanks

If it continues to blink.. I think it means that it is not recieving the signal from the transmitter. Is the transmitter on? Is it on the same channel/frequency? It should do something no matter what plug you plug a servo into as long as the signal is there. Mine stops blinking when it sets-up on the tx signal.
