While you are waiting for the replacement, check a few things. Dis-assemble the head. Usually the feathering shaft bends in a blade striike, and often the main shaft bends.
Remove both. Get a piece of glass or mirror that you can lay on a table and roll the shaft between the glass and your finger. Look edgewise along the glass and watch the shaft as it rolls. If you can see a gap appear and disappear, then it is bent and you need replacements.
