Default HELP --> E-Flite Blade CX Yaw problem

Greetings from a novice.

I crashed my CX and didn't realize my throttle trim was still on. Apparently I have burned up my 4-in-1 receiver because the top blades failed to work.

Upon replacing the receiver (and the left motor, which I believe was also ruined), I got both upper and lower blades back up and running, however now I have horrible yaw in the unit. I can't put much throttle to the motors at all without the unit yawing uncontrollably (while still on the ground).

I have tried adjusting the POT and the rudder trim, to no avail. I'm going to do some more testing, but was interested in seeing if any of you guys have any suggestions.

Thanks in advance!
