what a pain. i have a zoom style ,gear drive tail heli. The head wont tune at all and the chassis flexes whan the fore and aft cyclic is moved, and ive stripped 2 tail input gears since i got the copter a week ago. i havent even got in the air yet and im getting frustrated! do i try to remedy the problems or buy a new bird?(i purchased the bird w/ gyro 4 servos and brushless sytem for 100.00) Any advice might save me from goiung off the deep end.

It sounds like you got a clone Zoom. I would recommend getting a Trex or comparable heli with belt drive.
