Default Blade CP problem

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've had my blade for several months. It's been a great heli until recently. I've had very minor problems with the "sticky collective" but it's never really grounded me. Herein lies the questions I need help with. I had a minor crash on Saturday. Nothing broke or bent but I noticed the 4-in-1 started to flicker green and red and the servos were twitching. I unplugged it, reset it and it did it again. After another reset, it worked fine. Now, I can't get it to hold altitude at all. It jumps all over the place. I have it set up the same as it's always been. I ran it with flat blades at about 1/2 throttle while holding it in my hand. I noticed any time I move the cyclic the pitch of the blades changes and I suspect that is why it is jumping all over the place. Could this be a problem with the 4-in-1? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
