Default Which Upgrade First?

i've got a dragonfly 36 with stock tx/rx and stock gyro.

i'm on the fence as to which to upgrade first.

i'd like to get either a hitec optic 6 or the dx-6 tx/rx combos and i'd also like to get a futaba 401 and digital servo.

i just can't make up my mind on which way to go.

any thoughts are welcomed.

p.s.- i can't get both at one time. just have $250 right now.

thanks--EWR

If you're not having any issues with the TX/RX then I say do the 401 first also you don't need to get a digtal servo right off you would be better off buying 2 HS65s (pitch / roll) instead of the digtal and then when you get another 200 dollars by the DX6. I upgraded my 35 to what you plan on and the biggest upgraded was going to the 401. I never had the stock Walkera TX/RX I started with the DX6. The gyro made flying a whole lot easier wish I would have started with it rather then a cheapo. The S75s are nice but they are a bit weak and don't return back to exact center as nice for the pitch and roll. Good luck.

the gy401 has all the adjustments on the gyro itself and that would be my first upgrade.

The Spektrum DX6 does have remote gain adjustment.

The GY401 requires a radio with remote gain adjustment. The DX6 can do this. If you want to use a gyro with the standard Walkera equipment, you'll need a GY240 which will allow you to set gain via the gyro it's self.
