cp blade tracking help
Hey everyone im flying my blade cp AWSOME!!!! But i want to know one thing. When i get it up about eye level in the air it looks like the blade tracking is off. But it fly's fine? So is this normal or do i need to tweak the blade tracking? Also if i do need to adjust the blade tracking how do i do it well? I've used my pitch guage and they are set to the same pitch but they still look off when its flying at eye level? Help please! Thanks
Todd

Todd,
Mark the blades with different color tape. figure out whic blade is higher than teh other, and then disconnect the pitch control link for that blade, and give it a 1/2 turn in. Then recheck... Sometimes, if you are flying wodden blades, a blade may have a crack in it, or a weak spot in teh wood and it creates flex in teh blade, enough to make you think the pitch is out.

RE: cp blade tracking help
Live, if you want a higher head speed, you adjust the high blade lower (less pitch), if you want a lower head speed, you adjust the low blade higher (more pitch). BTW, when you check pitch, you are doing it on a static head. Once the head starts moving, it's a different ball game! Take the pitch gage as a general indication and starting point. Then fly and fine tune to suit!
