X400 using T-Rex main rotors
Hello guys, I wanted to know what I would need to install on my x400 to be able to start using T-Rex main rotors. I snapped my center hub in two pieces.

you need everything above the washout. so that's main hub, seesaw, upper mixing arms, flybar cage, blade grips w/ 3 baerings and spacer, feather shaft, and maybe a flybar.
might as well just get a whole trex metal head combo (swashplate up complete). it would be worth it.

Hi
If you want to stay stock, get the aluminum hub for the x400, get the one without the bearing for the seesaw it is a lot sturdier.

You'll need shims if you want to use the TRex blades in the Heli-Max stock blade grips. I made some from Delrin on the lathe--here are the dimensions:
Material: 9/16 inch OD Delrin rod
Turn down OD to 0.570 dia
drill 3mm hole axially
cut off and finish to 0.080-0.083 thickness
Use two per blade, one top and one bottom.
